1 Membership & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use the services on ok999:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination of those accounts.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and current.
• ok999 may request documents to verify your identity, and you will be required to provide them.
• It is your own responsibility to comply with the applicable laws and regulations of the country or region where you reside.

1.1 Account Security

Your account password and login details must be kept completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to ok999 immediately. Using a third party's account or conducting transactions from someone else's account is entirely prohibited.

2 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ok999 are processed through a secure and fast system. The applicable terms are outlined below:

2.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (via major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).
• It is your responsibility to provide correct payment details at the time of deposit. ok999 is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information.
• Deposits from third-party accounts or cards are not permitted.

2.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawal amounts must be sent to the same account from which the original deposit was made.
• ok999 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals if identity verification has not been completed.
• ok999 may carry out additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions.

2.3 Currency

All transactions on ok999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any applicable currency conversion fees will be clearly displayed at the time of the transaction.

3 Bonus & Promotional Offers

Please read the terms relating to ok999's bonus and promotional offers carefully. Claiming a bonus means accepting the associated terms and conditions.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on the deposit plus bonus).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
• While a bonus is active, withdrawal from the bonus balance alone is not possible; once the wagering requirement is met, the full amount becomes withdrawable.

3.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; if the wagering requirement is not met within that time, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Claiming a bonus more than once from the same member, device, IP address, or payment method is not permitted.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, ok999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• ok999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

4 VIP Program & Rewards

ok999's VIP Program is open to all registered members. The program has five tiers, and members can advance to higher tiers based on their activity:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Diamond: up to 1.2% cashback per week.

VIP tier benefits and rewards may change at ok999's discretion. Cashback will be credited directly to the account and separate wagering terms may apply.

5 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

ok999 is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent environment for all members. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or make unauthorised changes to the platform's systems or software.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games or place bets.
• Collusion (multiple individuals working together to dishonestly determine outcomes).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Opening an account or conducting transactions using a false identity.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse the bonus system.

If any of the above behaviours are detected, ok999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account and, where applicable, confiscate the balance.

6 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Closure & Suspension

ok999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Detection of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

Members may also request account closure at any time through the support team. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn subject to applicable terms before the account is closed.
